A controversial game saw AFC Wimbledon record a 3-1 win over Oxford on Sunday, __with one goal in particular riling the hosts.
The Oxford United fans and players felt Darius Charles' superb goal for the visitors should not have stood after an incident in the build-up to the strike.
Midfielder Dean Parrett's heavy tackle completely took out Wes Thomas, but referee Darren Deadman - who was right on top of the incident - felt no need to penalise the perpetrator, allowing play to go on which led to Charles' wonder goal for Wimbledon.

Wimbledon would grab a third just a minute later through Andy Bracham to give them a commanding lead heading into the break, and although Oxford pulled one back early after the restart thanks to an own-goal from Charles, the initial three-goal cushion proved to be far too much of an uphill struggle.
It was a difficult day for Deadman, who failed to get a firm grip on the clash and after brandishing a number of yellow cards and free-kicks, was heckled at the Kassam Stadium.
