Paul Pogba missed a string of good chances as Manchester United dropped points in a 1-1 draw at home to Stoke.
The £89m man failed to hit the target __with two great opportunities in a goalless first half and was also thwarted by Potters 'keeper Lee Grant at Old Trafford.
Pogba then rattled the crossbar at the death after Joe Allen had cancelled out Anthony Martial's opener after 69 minutes.
Jose Mourinho refused to criticise his players for spurning so many opportunities - but admitted United could have his Stoke for six.
"I never criticise my players for missing chances," Mourinho said after the game. "Their goalkeeper was man of the match, deservedly.
"I'm happy __with the performance but when the result should be 5-0 or 6-0 and it is 1-1 then the happiness disappears. I think it was our best performance in terms of the football we played, the creation of chances, the consistency."
