Norwich City goalkeeper coach Dean Kiely uses the drill, which involves four keepers, one ball - and a trampoline!
It's a two-on-two team game, in which the ball is not allowed to touch the ground, only the trampoline in the middle of the pitch.
If it touches the ground, the team who are meant to be in possession loses the game.
