Wolves have posted a pre-tax profit of £8.5million in their annual accounts.
Molineux: Healthy figures for Wolves
The club coped with successive relegations after they dropped down from the Barclays Premier League to Sky Bet League One in successive seasons.
They revealed they incurred a pre-tax loss of £1.7million but due to the release of a £10.2million provision a final pre-tax profit of £8.5million was declared to the year ending May 31, 2014.
Turnover for the year increased to £32.5million from £32.1million with the increase mainly attributed to parachute payments from Wolves' time in the Premier League, which had been boosted by a new three-year broadcasting deal with Sky and BT.
Attendances at Molineux were down but they still had an average attendance of 20,860 after 2013's 21,789 meaning gate receipts were down just £700,000.
