Queens Park Rangers forward Sebastian Polter will undergo a medical in the next 48 hours ahead of a £3m move to FC Union Berlin, according to Sky sources.
The 25-year-old enjoyed a productive spell on loan at Berlin prior to join QPR, scoring 14 goals in 29 appearances.
Polter, who has failed to recapture that consistent goalscoring form at QPR, has not featured for Ian Holloway's side since the 1-0 defeat to Derby on December 14.
The former Germany under-21 international scored 11 goals in 56 appearances for the Hoops.
Meanwhile, Brazilian midfielder Sandro has passed his medical ahead of a move to Turkish club Antalyaspor.
It is understood the 27-year-old will sign a three-and-a-half year contract __with Antalyaspor, who competed __with fellow Super Lig side Osmanlispor for his signature.
Sandro has made only eight appearances for QPR this season in what has been another injury-hit campaign for him.
Tjaronn Chery is also closing in on a move away from Loftus Road and is set to undergo a medical before concluding a £4m switch to Guizhou Hengfeng Zhicheng.
Chery has already agreed personal terms on a move to the Chinese Super League side.
