Holders Manchester United will continue the defence of their FA Cup __with a fourth-round tie at home to Wigan while Arsenal face a tricky trip to either Norwich or Southampton.
Premier League sides were largely kept apart in the draw but Manchester City, who beat West Ham 5-0 at the London Stadium in the third round, could face top-flight opposition again as they were pitted away to the winners of the replay between Crystal Palace and Bolton.
Liverpool will host Wolves at Anfield if they can overcome Plymouth in their replay, while Chelsea will also enjoy home advantage again after being handed a west London derby against Sky Bet Championship side Brentford.
Premier League champions Leicester also face an away trip to Steve McClaren's Derby County while Burnley or Sunderland will play Fleetwood or Bristol City.
Tottenham, who beat Aston Villa 2-0 on Sunday, were drawn at home again against Sky Bet League Two side Wycombe Wanderers.
Middlesbrough have been handed a home tie against League Two side Accrington Stanley, while Hull travel to Fulham and Watford will make the trip to Millwall.
Non-league sides Sutton United and Lincoln will both have home advantage provided they win their third-round replays against Wimbledon and Ipswich respectively.
Sutton will welcome Leeds to Gander Green Lane if they see off the Dons at the second attempt, while Lincoln's reward would be a home clash with Championship promotion chasers Brighton.
