Bradford’s manager Phil Parkinson and his assistant Steve Parkin have also been charged with improper conduct over the mass brawl in last week’s game at Valley Parade.

The flare-up broke out after Millwall’s Alan Dunne appeared to push James Hanson into an advertising hoarding during the first half of the match.

Referee James Adcock sent Parkinson and Parkin to the stands for their part in the incident.

Both clubs, along with Parkinson and his assistant, have until 6pm on January 21st to respond to the charges.

Bradford won the game 4-0 to set up a fourth round tie with Chelsea.
