British singers Sam Smith and Ed Sheeran and U.S. pop star Taylor Swift are among the celebs nominated for 2015 Brit Awards, which take place in London on Feb. 25.
Smith, who is known for his hit ballad "Stay With Me" and was the recipient of the Brits Critics' Choice Award last year, received five nods, while Sheeran, who found success in 2014 with singles such as "Sing" and "Don't," received four.
Swift, who continues to dominate the charts and radio airwaves with songs from her album 1989, is nominated for International Female Solo Artist. She is set to perform in the United Kingdom this year during a world tour.
All three singers are set to perform at this year's Brit Awards, also called the Brits, as are fellow nominees Paloma Faith, George Ezra and Royal Bloodwhich. The nominations were announced on Thursday.
